What we collect
The expression of interest form asks for your name, email, discipline, country and a short project outline. The question form asks for your name, email, topic and question. We collect nothing else and use no advertising cookies.
Why
We use the expression of interest to send you the application link and to count how many people are interested. We use the question form only to answer you. We email you only if you have asked something or registered interest.
How long we keep it
Expression of interest details are deleted one year after the close of the round they relate to. Questions and replies are deleted after twelve months. Applications are handled in the external portal, which shows its own policy before you start.
Who sees it
The trustees, our part-time administrator and, for the project outline, the panel. An email service and a website host run the site and handle your details only for that purpose. We never sell or share data for marketing.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted. You can withdraw consent at any time, and we will remove your details from the active list within ten working days.
